All of our products are made to order by our trusted production partners in the UK or US, depending on your location. This helps us reduce waste and deliver sustainably.

Processing Time:

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days.

Estimated Delivery Times:

- UK: 2–5 business days

- USA: 3–7 business days

- International: 7–14 business days (may vary depending on customs)

Once dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow your order in real-time.

Tracking Your Order

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order is dispatched.

Returns & Replacements

We accept returns for damaged or misprinted items only, as each product is made to order.

Faulty or Damaged Orders

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we will issue a free replacement or full refund.

Please contact us within 14 days of delivery and include:

- Your order number

- Clear photos of the issue

- A short description of what’s wrong

We’ll report the issue to our fulfilment partner and resolve it quickly for you.

Change of Mind or Wrong Size

Because all items are printed just for you, we cannot accept returns for:

- Change of mind

- Ordering the wrong size or colour
